What is the cheapest way to make hydroponic system for marijuana?

Okay so I have around $50 and I'm trying to make my first hydro system , I have a general idea of everything I'm going to need to get but I'm confused about the lighting I'm going to need , I'm only trying to make one system in the back of my closet , what can I do to make the cheapest but most effective system for under $50? Is $50 enough to start out and have everything I need? And what all will I need? Please help if you can..
