What would the japanese honorific of the wife of a daimyo/fuedal lord be?

My school will being doing a production of an original play about the feudal era. To get people more invested into the culture after viewing the play we're using such honorifics in the dialogue. We have an understanding of the other .honorifics. Such as -dono being used for the fuedal lord, but what if any honorific would be used for his wife by their servants and clan?
